They've seen my 3.0T A8 for scheduled maintenances, new control arms, alignments, miscellaneous diagnostics, and a tow-in visit to fix my own DIY mistake- great team all around with fantastic results! The team is personable, communicative, timely, and the scheduled night-drop off is seamless. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent with timing, assessments, and next steps. A local gem in my book- thank you!

Don't waste your time going here - What a rude group. Customers are treated like an inconvenience. Horrible experience. One of those places that act like they've seen it all, heard it all. Had no interest in helping me or even wanting to know what I was looking for. I guess the mistake I made was trying to be friendly with small talk before getting to the point why I was truly there. Was there to ask about customizations for my wife's car but couldn't even get to that part before being shot down and sent somewhere else. The ironic part is, I was about to ask about exhaust customizations for my wife's car but was instead lectured about how they mostly deal with mechanical things. Had they let me finish, they may have had a new customer. Dodged a bullet thankfully. Edit - Perfect example below of why to avoid this place. They are over it, burned out. I was not trying to sell them anything. The small talk was me having some vintage parts that I've had laying around and was wondering where they truly came from and yes, I might sell on eBay if they are worth something. Ive been taking my Volkswagens to German auto pros for the better part of 10 years. They live and breath exactly what the name of their business says. Julian, Susie and Cary are great people and I won’t take my Volkswagens anywhere else.
